The ASiS-5 organizing committee made block reservation contracts with nearby hotels around the symposium venue. Special rates will be offered to the ASiS-5 participants. The organizing committee will NOT handle booking service for accommodations. Please make direct reservation with hotel by your choice.

To make a reservation at the special rate, please download booking form, fill in and send the form by fax or e-mail to the each address given on the form. After confirmation by the reservations office, they will return the form to you with a reservation number by fax or e-mail. Reservation request without credit card information will NOT be acceptable.

Due to the limited availability and high demand, please reserve rooms as soon as possible.

Cut-Off Date of the blocked rooms is September 15, 2015, any booking requests received after the cut-off date cannot be guaranteed and rates may be higher than those quoted below.

• All rates INCLUDE taxes and service charges.
• All reservations are on a first-come first-served basis.
• Typical amenities: Double or twin-bed, TV, free wi-fi, refrigerator, coffeepot, air conditioner, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, rinse, tooth brush, tooth paste.
• Cancellation Policy: Any change or cancellation should be notified in writing to the hotel at least one week before your arrival. Please check cancellation policy on the reservation form.
